Owasso’s Tax Increment Financing, or TIF, passed by Owasso City Council in July 2022, allows the City of Owasso to direct a portion of local taxes and fees to stimulate private expansion within the selected boundaries for the revitalization of the Redbud District as a destination area for residents and visitors.
