Owasso Historical Museum opened on Nov 3, 1991. The building was constructed in 1928 and housed the Komma Grocery and Market until it closed in the 1950’s. The Owasso Historical Society purchased the building in 1987 and used volunteer labor to refurbish the structure to use as a Museum. Ownership and operation of the Museum was assumed by the City of Owasso on April 1 ,2003.
