Owasso West Animal Hospital & Pet Resort recently expanded its Owasso footprint.

The new full-service facility opened mid-March in Owasso’s Redbud District as a second location to SAHO Owasso Animal Hospital off of 86th Street.

SAHO’s new building plays host to an additional 5,000 square feet of boarding space — doubling both the hospital’s daycare capacity and outdoor play area, which includes a splash pad.  

“We’re able to expand on what we’re providing at the other location,” Dr. Brad Walsh said. “It’s gotten bigger, which has been great.”

The hospital’s new west location provides wellness, outpatient care, minor surgery, and dentistry. Most urgent care, emergencies, hospitalization, and major surgery will still go through the northeast campus.

“I’m looking forward to us growing here,” Dr. Walsh said. “When people see it, they’re going to really love it. I think they’re going to be happy with what they see and happy with what we provide.”
