This & That Candles and More is a one-stop shop for artisans of all ages.

The Redbud District boutique offers a wide range of home décor and kitchen items along with several creative DIY workshops for residents to enjoy.

“It’s very unique,” owner Carissa Daniels said of the store.

That uniqueness is reflected in her stocked shelves full of towels and throws, coffee and tea cups, bath and body care, herbs and spices, gifts and other accessories.

The back half of This & That also features a large space for Carissa’s workshops, which include sourdough breadmaking, hat burning, candle pouring, macramé, custom doormat designing, and painting to name a few.

“The most important thing to us is that you have fun and enjoy your time … with a welcoming environment where individuals can connect, socialize and explore new interests or hobbies,” Carissa said.

This & That has opened last March and has since drawn a devoted following of crafting connoisseurs in search of a new outlet to express themselves.
